Super fruits are variations of traditional fruits that offer a broad array of nutrients. They are high in antioxidants and are nutrient dense. Super fruits may contain any number of unique components such as high quantities of antioxidants, polysaccharides and species-specific phytonutrients. Examples of super fruits include acai berries, goji berries, and pitaya (aka dragon fruit). Super fruits are considered to be very good for your health

Açaí berries are native to South America, and more specifically, the Brazilian Amazon rainforest. They’re small, round, and have a deep purple color, with a taste that has been described as a cross between wild blueberries and chocolate. The berries grow on acai palm trees and have been a staple of the local diet for centuries.
One of the reasons acai has become so popular in recent years is due to its purported health benefits. Acai berries are rich in antioxidants, which are believed to neutralize harmful free radicals in the body and help prevent disease. In addition, acai berries contain fiber, which is important for gut health, anthocyanins which help reduce inflammation, and healthy fats, which can help improve cholesterol levels.

The CreativBowls Journey
Tim and Liz were just two ordinary dreamers, clocking in and out of routine jobs, wondering if there was more to life than the daily grind. One afternoon, over coffee and shared frustrations, they asked the question that changed everything: “What if we started our own business?”
That spark ignited Creativcoast, a 3D design venture that, within six months, became self-sustaining. But they weren’t done dreaming. Fueled by their passion for creativity and community, they expanded their brand into something deliciously unexpected—a food trailer named Creativbowls.
From the heart of Pensacola, Florida, Creativbowls began serving vibrant acai, pitaya, and coconut bowls, each one a colorful canvas of fresh fruit and decadent drizzles. But they didn’t stop there. The menu blossomed to include iced coffee, real fruit smoothies, gourmet ice cream, and hand-spun shakes—all crafted with care and quality ingredients.
Today, Creativbowls is more than a food trailer—it’s a rolling celebration of flavor and ambition, traveling from Pensacola to Panama City Beach, bringing joy to every city in between
